The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the metro stations. My room had a nice view from the high floor. The staff was friendly, but the fitness center had broken equipment and the water station wasn't working.

The room was extra large, with a couch, an armchair and a large desk with two chairs. Before the bathroom there was a dressing area. It had an ironing board and even a bathrobe that you could try and if necessary buy. We were given a breakfast on the first day and it was actually quite good. There are different places to eat in the area with different prices.
One of the days they didn't clean our room even though we didn't care. On the other hand, it's a little far from the monumental area. Although it is true that in 15 minutes walking you are in the White House the distances from there to the rest of the areas to visit can be considerable (the Capitol, for example). Public transportation is more difficult to handle (the subway is more expensive) than in other places, like New York, bicycle network that is spread all over the city is a good option.

Fantastic venue, good food, excellent location in the DuPont Circle neighborhood. Neat, modern room and reasonably priced with a serviceable bathroom and the bar, for instance. Generally great service with parking nearby.

The service from the staff was a highlight of our stay. They were very accommodating and welcoming. The location is fantastic, with numerous excellent dining options within walking distance. While the room was cozy and nicely decorated, it was a bit small for two people, and amenities were somewhat lacking. For those looking to explore the city, this place provides a comfortable base with great access to key attractions.

missingWrote a review on 13 Decfriendly staffgreat locationnoisy roomlow water pressurelack of room service
The location offers easy access to the center. Friendly staff added a personal touch to the stay. Unfortunately, the room faced a noisy parking lot, affecting rest. Low water pressure made showers unsatisfying, and room service was lacking. While the stay had its highlights, the room conditions were disappointing.

The comfort of the bed and pillow made my stay enjoyable, but
I was disappointed with the lack of breakfast and amenities like slippers that I expected from a Marriott. The cleanliness could improve as I found a used washcloth in the bathroom, unsettling.
